KINZA / INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
1. Scope and contact
These terms cover use of the KINZA website and requests for information. The operator’s details are in our Legal Notice. Contact: david@kinzaroasters.coffee.
2. Coffee enquiries and orders
Browsing a coffee or clicking “Enquire about this coffee” does not place an order or create a payment obligation. The button opens an enquiry form. Submitting the form prepares a draft in your email application; you decide whether to send the message.
Any purchase is subject to the offer and terms communicated and agreed separately. Before a customer commits, the relevant product specifications, pack size, total price including applicable taxes and charges, payment arrangements, delivery conditions and applicable cancellation information must be provided. These website terms do not replace those sales terms.
3. Product information
Our collection describes coffee origins, producers, processing and flavour profiles. Tasting notes describe sensory characteristics, rather than ingredients or guaranteed individual taste experiences. Packaging photographs illustrate the presentation; labels and batch details may vary. Please confirm the relevant pack size and batch information when ordering.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to conformity of goods, remedies, or withdrawal where applicable. A sale arranged by email may also be a distance contract. Applicable pre-contract information, withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form, where required, must be supplied before a binding consumer order. No blanket exclusion of returns for coffee is made here.
5. Website use and intellectual property
You may browse and use this website to learn about our coffee and contact us. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse its content. Website text, branding and imagery remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Statutory exceptions and permitted uses remain unaffected.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available. If you notice an error, please contact us so it can be checked. Website content may change as our collection develops. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects terms already agreed for an order.
7. Privacy and external services
Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about email enquiries, hosting and browser technologies. External websites and your email provider have their own terms and privacy information.
8. Complaints, applicable law and changes
Please send complaints to david@kinzaroasters.coffee, with enough detail for us to investigate. Belgian law applies to these website terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Applicable rules determine the competent courts; these terms do not impose exclusive Belgian jurisdiction on consumers.
Updated terms apply prospectively. Changes do not alter previously agreed orders.
